a) Check your device memory availability as it might be full
b) Contact your network operator to check message service availability; If the device also can not send or receive MMS, please go to “Settings”->“SIM card & mobile network”->Click the SIM card network” ->Access Point Names, check the MMS apn，and contact your network operator to check the MMS service availability
c) Check whether you have good signal reception. If the signal is poor, move to an open area with a better signal and try again.
d) Check whether your credit has run out. Top up your credit to avoid disruption to messaging services.
e) Try to reset or update your device. (Refer to Q How can I perform a factory reset on my phone & Q How can I upgrade my device).
