  • Where can I place my router?
    To get the best signal, the ideal place will be near a window. Try a few different areas until you find the one with the best signal.
    Concrete or wooden walls can weaken the transmission of wireless signals.
    Electrical appliances that project strong electric or magnetic fields such as microwave ovens, refrigerators and satellite antennas can negatively affect your signal. Place your router away from such appliances.
  • How can I access the Home page?
    a) Power on your router and connect USB port to PC by using USB cable.
    b) Open the web browser.
    c) Type http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar and press enter. The home Page will then load.
    d) Click Login and enter the password (the default password on the label located on the bottom of your device).
    Note: You’ll have to change the default password for additional security.
  • What should I do if I can’t log in to the Home page?
    a) Make sure 192.168.1.1 is entered correctly in the web browser.
    b) Make sure the power indicator of the device is on (solid blue). If not, power on the device.
  • How can I restart and reset the router?
    For restart:
    Method 1: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds and release it to power off your device
    Method 2:
    a) Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?").
    b) Go to Settings ->About -> Reboot.
    c) Click the OK button

    For reset:
    Method 1: Hold and press the Power and WPS button for 3 seconds, all LEDs will turn on, then off, and finally turn on again once the reset is completed.
    Method 2:
    a) Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?").
    b) Go to Settings ->About -> Reset.
    c) Click the OK button

  • How can I set up a Wi-Fi connection through WPS?
    a) Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?").
    b) Go to Settings -> More -> WPS.
    c) Switch on WPS PIN.
    d) Enter below PIN code on your device to connect to WiFi.
  • What should I do if I can’t access the internet?
    a) Make sure your SIM card is a 4G, 3G SIM card.
    If no SIM card is detected, power off your router, reinsert the SIM card and try again.
    If a PIN is required, enter the PIN and try again.
    If no network is available, move the device to an area with a better signal (try placing it near a window) and try again.
    b) Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?"). Click Connection to view the connection status.
    c) Restart your router and try again.
    d) Reset your router and try again.
    e) If MAC address filtering is enabled, make sure your device’s MAC address is on the approved list.
  • How can I connect a device to router via Wi-Fi?
    Open your Wireless Network Connection list and follow the steps below to select your device SSID: For a Windows device:
    a) Left-click Wireless Network Connection on the task bar.
    b) Select the network name (SSID) of your router, click Connect and enter the WIFI key.
    For MAC:
    a) Click the AirPort icon.
    b) Select the network name (SSID) of your router from the drop-down menu and enter the WIFI key.
  • How can I manually search for the network?
    a) Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?").
    b) Go to Settings -> Network Mode->Network Selection
    c) Select Manual from the connection mode.
    d) Click search
  • How can I check the router information?
    a) Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?").
    b) You can click on Settings -> About to view basic information about your device or check various statistics.

  • What should I do if the NETWORK indicator is solid red?
    When there is no SIM card, no service, or the device is not registered to the network, the network indicator on the router is solid red.
    If using a SIM card:
    Make sure the SIM card is valid and inserted correctly;
    Move the router to an area with a better signal (try placing it near a window).
  • What should I do if a multi-network IP address conflict occurs?
    An IP address conflict could happen when a computer uses multiple types of internet connections. For example, a computer may be connected to the router via an Ethernet cable and to another network via Wi-Fi. If IP addresses are the same, you may be unable to log in to the router home page due to an IP address conflict.
  • What should I do if it says “No SIM” or “Invalid SIM” on the router configuration page?
    Possible reasons for this may be that there is no SIM inserted in the device, or it is inserted incorrectly, or the SIM is disabled. Try removing your SIM and reinserting it. Make sure not to touch the contact point when doing so.
  • Why does the SSID not appear in the wireless network list?
    Follow the steps below to make sure the device is set up correctly:
    a) Refresh the network list on your computer.
    b) Right-click Wireless Network Connection.
    c) Click Open network and sharing center.
    d) Select Wireless Management.
    e) Click the wireless network which is not being used, and delete/forget it from the network list.
    f) Click OK and restart your computer.
  • What should I do if "PIN lock" or "PUK lock" is displayed on the screen of the device connected to the Router?
    Check whether there is any damage to the screen. If yes, please back up your data and take your This means the SIM is locked.
