|In order to protect your privacy, please back up all of your personal data and perform a factory reset before sending your device for repair.
Remember to remove your SIM and memory cards and/or any protective cases.
If your device is a router, wearable or accessory, there is no need to backup the data.
There are several ways to back up your data.
Please back up data as follows:
Go to "Settings"->Touch "System"->Touch "Backup" (this function may appear under different menus according to the type of device) ->Activate "Back up to Google Drive" in the window which has now opened->Touch “Back up Now". You need to add your Google account details first.
* App data, SMS text messages, Device settings, Call history, Contacts will be backed up.

You can back up your data to another phone via "Switch Phone", then recover the data when your phone has been repaired.
Swipe up in home screen to find the search bar->enter "switch phone" and touch "search"->touch to open "Switch Phone" on the search results page->transfer the content by following the instructions."
